A stunningly beautiful hotel in Catlettsburg with lovely friendly staff from the front desk people to the housekeepers. Favourable ideal location, to the waterpark. And really close to all attractions the area has to offer and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg too and water park.

I had the apartment which was updated and modern with a king bed.

The room was big size and with a king bed. The hotel was in a beautiful location, in order everthing was as in the pictures. Further, it was not far from the fun attractions in Pigeon Forge, the indoor park, and the restaurants in the area.

Everything was well-maintained, personnel was super-friendly and experienced. All the services were excellent, the room was extremely spacious with washer & dryer, appliances. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location in the Mountains was great and nice. What's more, it was very close to the fun attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg too, the indoor water park and Gatlinburg.

The rooms were soundproof with balcony and washer & dryer, for example, no reason to complain. Everything here was brand-new. Location: the hotel was near all attractions the area has to offer, the indoor water park, and the Mountains. It also was in order everthing was as in the pictures.

Overall the room was spotlessly clean with appliances & dishes and a pull out couch, for instance. The staff were experienced and helpful and the location was ideal in the Pigeon Forge area. Plus, it was short walk to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg too, The Island, and the water park.

Spacious condo fit all comfortably. Full kitchen and washer/dryer provided. Indoor water park access was a hit. Clean common areas.

Soundproof, huge room provided with balcony and electronic games to play, for example. Early check-in, parking nearby.

The room was both soundproof and huge with a king bed, we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The Salamander Springs Waterpark was perfect for our kids. The location was convenient and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Despite some minor issues with the room, we had a great time overall.

The staff were friendly and organized, answering all of my questions. The apartment was clean and luxurious, just like in the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The jacuzzi was relaxing and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to attractions and there were both indoor and outdoor water facilities.

Nothing that I didn't like.
